Stainless Steel Wire Mesh/SS Wire Mesh Types

It is a stainless steel alloy with excellent formability, drawing, and machining characteristics. It's a popular material choice for a wide variety of wire mesh products, metal sheeting, and other fabrications.

Ss 304 Wire Mesh

Spring steel mesh is a name given to a wide range of steels used in the manufacture of different products, including swords, saw blades, springs and many more.

Spring Steel wire mesh

Galvanized wire mesh is a unique material in application in which the steel is coated with a protective zinc coating. The material is dipped or submerged in a bath of hot zinc.

GI Wire Mesh

Aluminum Wire Mesh is a shiny, soft, but durable alloy. The luster of Aluminum resembles Stainless Steel but is less expensive. It is lighter than other alloys, such as Stainless Steel, Steel, Copper, and Brass.

Aluminium wire mesh

Brass wire mesh is a non-ferrous, bright and decorative metal. It is often used for decoration due to its bright gold-like appearance. It is used for space partition insect screens etc.

Brass wire mesh

202 stainless steel wire mesh is an austenitic stainless steel containing 17-19% chromium, 4-6% nickel, and 7.5-10% manganese. It is one of the stainless-steel grades widely used for precipitation hardening.

SS 202 Wire Mesh

Copper mesh is a square weave mesh that is woven together by copper wires, which helps provide a good electrical and thermal conductivity. Copper is a very malleable and soft material which makes it easy to shape for many different uses.

Copper wire mesh

It is composed of copper that is alloyed with 0.5–11% of tin and 0.01–0.35% phosphorus.Alloyed tin - increases the corrosion resistance and strength of copper and phosphorus.

Phosphor bronze

Wire cut filters mesh are a network of metallic wires that forms a pliable filter cloth with precise, rigid pore openings that engineers can customize to accommodate most filter systems.

duplex

Duplex is a wire mesh alloy that falls within the stainless steel family. On a chemical level, it is considered a two-phase alloy that features equal parts austenite and ferrite.
